Account Executive (Retail & Marketing)

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, hands-on, and motivated to grow into an Account Manager role.

Impact International creates turn-key in-store retail marketing solutions for A-brand clients across Europe. We manage projects end-to-end, from concept development to production and roll-out of displays, shop-in-shop solutions, and shopfitting.

As an Account Executive (Retail & Marketing), you will support an Account Manager on a European retail account and be an active member of a full project team. You will work closely with colleagues, clients, and partners and gain valuable experience in international retail project coordination.

Alongside your project work, you’ll contribute to our B2B marketing efforts, supporting website content updates, SEO and SEA activities, and our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Acting as a key contact for client requests and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Supporting Account Management in coordinating and executing sales and retail projects.
• Managing project-related communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Supporting and independently managing selected B2B marketing activities, including website updates and social media posts.

What you’ll be bringing to the team

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• A genuine passion for retail, branding, and sales-driven environments.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive attitude with solid presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• An interest in commercial processes such as quotations, invoicing, and purchasing.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and stay focused on results.
